ACG recognises the success of the business is driven by the quality of the staff employed, their experience and expertise in their chosen field is of the most importance. ACG strongly believes in ensuring the most suitable management and employees are utilised on all projects to ensure the delivery of a timely, safe and cost-effective project for the client.  We currently have over 200 employees and are still expanding.

 

ACG's Supervision are experienced trade based professionals that have first hand knowledge and experience of the works we undertake, and are dedicated in ensuring safe work practices are followed to Company OHS rules, guidelines and expectations.

 

All of ACG's employees have been internally inducted and are well aware of ACG standards and requirements, ensuring a commitment to safety and efficient work behaviour forms part of the ACG culture. 

MANAGING DIRECTORS

  • Adrian Holz

    Adrian has been involved in various Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil construction projects within the construction, commercial, defence, and mining industry for over 20 years. He is now well respected and experienced as a Construction and Project Manager.

    He is well practiced in Health and Safety systems and he is experienced in ensuring all client based occupational health, safety, environmental and community policies are adhered to, maintaining a proactive approach to all aspects.

    Adrian is well versed in providing technical information for the planning, coordinating and scheduling works associated within the feasibility and installation phases of projects across multi-disciplines.

    Adrian founded ACG alongside Daniel Demellweek in 2015, and successfully continues to deliver an integrated "One Team" solution for Clients offering Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical services to execute all scales of projects.

    Qualifications: Associate Diploma Electrical Engineering, Cert IV Project Management, Cert IV WHS

  • Daniel Demellweek

    Daniel has over 23 years’ experience in the Construction and Maintenance industry including Maintenance Planning, Project Engineering and Project Management and is now well respected and experienced in the Construction industry.

    Daniel’s career objective is to efficiently and effectively deliver projects to add value to his clients and has successfully completed this on Projects which included construction and commissioning of both Greenfields, Brownfields & Upgrade Projects.

    Daniel founded ACG alongside Adrian Holz in 2015, and successfully continues to deliver an integrated “One Team” solution for Clients offering Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical services to execute all scales of projects.

    Qualifications: Mechanical Engineer, Plant Mechanic, Post Graduate Project Management

  • Paul Chircop

    Paul has been an influential figure in the Construction Industry for over 30 years and is dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships and has established a sound reputation within the industry and beyond.

    He has held senior management position for over 20 years, Paul has a sound understanding of Project Management systems such as finance, scheduling, project controls, progress reporting, Quality Assurance, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Industrial relations.

    Paul became a Managing Director of ACG in 2020 bringing with him a wealth of Senior Management experience and Construction expertise in Coal, Utilities and Renewables.

    Pauls career goal is to continue using his skills and experience obtained over a number of years to provide clients, their projects and key stakeholders a mutually beneficial relationship with a culture that upholds safety as a core value that is embraced in all work undertaken.

LEADERSHIP Team

  • Brad Spiers - Safety Manager

    Brad is a skilled Safety Advisor with 13+ years industry experience. A wide and varied employment history gives Brad a broad knowledge and understanding of tasks being completed, which allows him to have open discussions with employees forming a crucial building block in the engagement of the worker.

    Brad has a proven ability to lead and is familiar with delivering toolbox talks to the workforce and monitoring work fronts and subcontractors for compliance to safety standards.

    Brad is able to administer first aid when required and identify trends from incidents and injuries sustained to further implement strategies to eliminate the causal factor.

  • Ian Hore - NSW Operations Manager

    Ian has been an influential figure in the Electrical Industry for over 35+ years and is dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships and has established a sound reputation within the industry and beyond.

    Has held senior management position for over 20 years, Ian has a sound understanding of Project Management systems such as finance, scheduling, project controls, progress reporting, Quality Assurance, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Industrial relations.

    Ian joined ACG in 2023 bringing with him a wealth of Senior Management experience and electrical construction expertise in Utilities (Power & Water), Transport, Social Infrastructure and manufacturing.

    Ian’s career goal is to continue using his skills and experience obtained over a number of years to provide clients, their projects and key stakeholders a mutually beneficial relationship with a culture that upholds safety as a core value that is embraced in all work undertaken.

  • Warren Crocombe - Project Manager

    Warren has worked in the industry over the past 36 years and has been a part of the ACG team since 2020.

    He is an experienced Project and Construction Manager, skilled in all aspects of project set up and delivery.

    Warren’s strengths include delivering EPC projects, communicating with all stake holders, developing project schedules, and setting milestones. Resourcing and managing labour and plant.

    Critical thinking and problem solving has enabled Warren to achieve successful projects, without compromise to safety and key drivers.
